The reason of feeling weak is depression.
Depression is a severe issue of feeling weak. We often do not give much importance to depression in our culture. Depression is like you feel very hopeless. You may not feel like doing anything or lack motivation for tasks.
You feel that you can’t do any thing. Or lose hope, desire, and ambition. A feeling that everything is over. So this is an example of depression. It may seem so. Or clinical depression, it’s actually,a psychiatrist who can check if you are actually depressed or not.
Being in this depression messes up a number of our neurotransmitters which might make us feeling weak from there.
Not sleeping well.
Another thing is that those who are depressed, their two things might be noticed.
Either they are not sleeping well. They are unable to fall asleep. Others, on the other hand, may be sleeping too much.
Neither of these is good for your body.If you do not exercise or engage in physical activity, you may feel weak. It’s not like, you have to exercise a lot for this. You should do moderate exercise. 30 minutes of exercise a day is sufficient. You can do this 5 days a week.
Go to the GYM.
You can do this at the gym.If you don’t have the opportunity to go to the GYM, you can run outside, or if you don’t even have the opportunity to go outside, you can run continuously for 30 minutes from one room to another in your house. If you do not have the opportunity to do that, you can do sit-ups in one place.
So for doing this, if you do it continuously for half an hour on the first day, you may have a lot of pain in muscles. The next day, you may have a lot of trouble moving.
So, you need to warm up properly, or you can start with 10 minutes.10 minutes on the first day, 15 minutes the next day,and 20 minutes the next day.
Start exercising today.
You can continue like this. I’m pretty sure about this that if you do not have any other diseases in your body, then if you start exercising today, within a maximum of one week, your body will regain its strength.
There are several reasons for this. Because exercise is not just about doing physical activity or exercising your muscles. There are more things connected to it.
For example,
When we exercise, our central nervous system releases a hormone called Endorphins .
Another name for this endorphin hormone is “feel-good hormone.”
Meaning this hormone gives us a feeling of happiness. In addition, it helps to reduce stress, relieve pain, and revitalize and strengthen our muscles.
Sleep for 7 hours.
The second point is very important. Exercise may improve the quality of your sleep.
It means that you will sleep for 7 hours. Like, when you slept for 7 hours before, the freshness you would feel, now you may feel even fresher or more energized due to exercise.
The third thing is that your focus on your work may increase. If you are a working person, your focus on your work may be increased.
If you are a student, your focus on your studies may be increased. So, there may be some other small reasons for weakness, most of which are related to sleep.
For example,
If you eat drink too much tea or coffee, you may feel energized for that moment.
But the quality of your sleep at night may be affected due to this tea or coffee.
That means your sleep was not as good as it should have been. It may be seen that
you slept for seven or eight hours at night, but you feel weak the next day. In addition, there are those who work shifts.
For example, sometimes they have to work at night. Again, the next week they are working during the day. So, their sleep regularity is not maintained.
In many cases, it becomes a habit for them, so they may not have any problems.
Side effect of some medicines.
But in many cases, it can be a reason for their weakness. In addition, as a side effect of some medicines, you may feel weak such as those who are taking blood pressure medicine,
or antidepressants.
Due to heart problems, you may also feel weak, and that can become an emergency condition.
So, I will now mention some symptoms.
If you have these symptoms along with your weakness, you should immediately consult a doctor.
Blurred vision or not seeing properly, difficulty speaking, difficulty breathing, chest pain, severe headache, numbness on one side of the body, and confusion.
This is the situation.
